Job summary

Vangst in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Vice President of Operations to assume full end-to-end ownership of how the company makes, moves, and delivers its products. This is a seat with genuine executive authority and a clear path to further leadership as the cannabis technology company scales.

You will lead production, supply chain, warehousing, and distribution across multiple states, work with licensing partners, and own the operating budget while building a high-impact operations organization.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive operations leadership with multi-site responsibility.
Direct experience in both in-house manufacturing and third-party models.
Deep command of supply chain, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
Experience in a highly regulated industry (cannabis preferred).

Responsibilities

Oversee production and manufacturing planning, quality, throughput, and unit economics.
Manage supply chain and procurement for materials and hardware.
Direct warehousing, logistics, and multi-state distribution.
Lead co-manufacturing, co-packing, and licensing partner management.
Drive multi-state and international expansion decisions.
Own operating budget and financial performance; build the ops org.
