Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lab Technician to join our facility. The role involves assisting in product processing and formulation, maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in production areas, and ensuring GMP-compliant documentation. The technician will support day-to-day tasks including prepping and packaging.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in a regulated lab, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years of laboratory experience in a regulated setting.
• Experience with health and safety protocols in manufacturing.
• Strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in product processing and formulation.
• Support production areas to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
• Perform data entry and GMP-compliant documentation.
• Assist in packaging and daily production tasks.
• Lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
