Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lab Technician to join our facility in Ohio. The role supports product processing and formulation, while maintaining clean, organized production areas and ensuring quality control; tasks include prep, packaging, data entry and GMP-compliant documentation.

You will work Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–12:00am, with exposure to plant materials and the need to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior regulated-lab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a laboratory setting with health and safety protocols.
• Experience in regulated environments producing pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products preferred.
• Able to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in product processing and formulation under Lab Manager guidance.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and production efficiency.
• Prepare and package materials; perform data entry and GMP-adherent documentation.
• Support multiple facility departments as needed.
