Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for our manufacturing facility. You will help with quality activities across incoming inspections, start-up verifications, in-process checks, and sampling of finished products (flower, oil, vape, gummies).

Focus on brand consistency and regulatory compliance to identify risks and drive improvements. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and experience in a highly regulated industry, with potential travel to other sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a highly regulated industry is preferred (FDA/HACCP/SQ).
• Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs incoming inspections.
• Performs finished product sampling and inspection.
• Performs equipment and product line clearances before processing, including cleaning, sanitation verification, metal detector checks, and balance checks.
• Performs regulatory label review before start-up.
• Performs in-process verifications for weights, labeling, and packaging.
• Performs in-process ANSI inspections.
• Reviews finished product verifications (metal detection, labeling, records).
• Assists in customer complaints and product investigations, identifies root causes and quarantines product.
• Inspects packaged orders for content and quantities as needed.
• Reviews in-process batch documentation for compliance and SOP adherence.
• Monitors GMP compliance and keeps product standards available during production.
• Completes trainings on time and adheres to safety rules.
• May travel to other states/facilities for inspections or quality issues.
