The Processing Agent role at Cresco Labs involves handling harvest materials in a regulated environment with strict health and safety policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in processes that require careful handling and quality control.

Responsibilities include grating, weighing, sampling, and maintaining a sanitary work area, with emphasis on accurate logging and compliant operations. The position requires physical tasks and a 7:00am - 3:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in food production or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with hands for long periods.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
