Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Cannabis Lab Assistant to support daily laboratory production activities, including distillation, post-processing tasks, and formulation work under the Lab Manager.

You will help maintain safe, efficient lab operations and contribute to overall product quality. The role requires basic computer skills, a HS diploma, and willingness to pass background checks; prior lab or pipetting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• All employees must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• General lab experience preferred.
• Pipetting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily product preparation including equipment and cannabis oil for processing.
• Monitor active equipment, perform minor repairs, and report irregularities.
• Operate machinery following safety and operational guidelines.
• Take direction from Lab Manager and assist on tasks.
• Assist with infused concentrate formulation and dispensing.
• Assist with infused edible base formulation.
• Weighing, liquid handling, and pipetting tasks.
• Clean and maintain laboratory, glassware, and equipment.
• General manual labor including loading/unloading and moving materials.
• Assist in waste disposal per guidelines.
• All other duties as necessary.
