Job summary

MUV seeks an Inventory Specialist to support warehouse and storage areas within a cannabis cultivation facility in Florida. You will track finished goods and raw materials, conduct audits, and ensure accurate inventory in the seed-to-sale system.

Responsibilities include labeling accuracy, SOP adherence, and collaboration with cultivation and production teams to meet production goals. A proactive, detail-oriented team player is essential.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility.
• Experience in inventory management.
• Ability to perform system and physical inventory audits.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
• Must be 21+ and able to register with the state cannabis commission as an agent.
• Compliance with industry laws, regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Track seed to sale of all products as they leave the facility.
• Execute inventory control measures to minimize inventory holding, maximize stock tracking accuracy.
• Support regularly scheduled and random inventory audits.
• Monitor and maintain quality control per state and local laws.
• Close open audit issues with evidence of sustainment.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain a clean, safe facility environment.
• Inform Inventory Manager of system discrepancies.
• Ensure correct labeling and accounting of all products in the system.
• Document and update product information in the seed-to-sale system.
• Support cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed.
