Parallel is a leading cannabis company operating in Texas, Florida, and Massachusetts. The Inventory Specialist role focuses on inventory management for medicated and non-medicated items, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate tracking across the seed-to-sale process.

You will move finished goods, verify quantities, maintain vault organization, and use METRC and POS records. The team values speed, accuracy, and collaboration as we work to support safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid government-issued photo ID.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Accurate record keeping.
• Proficiency in Windows-based software and Internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and procedures for daily operations and comply with state marijuana regulations.
• Move finished goods from production during lab testing and after labeling.
• Repack and verify finished goods.
• Stock finished goods to forward pick locations (FIFO).
• Use inventory tracking systems and METRC to receive, track and adjust inventory.
• Assist in order verifications.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of vault.
• Work in Seed to Sale system.
• Perform daily reconciliation for all POS items.
• Assist with annual inventory as required by regulations.
