Live Parallel is seeking an Inventory Specialist in Austin, TX to manage medicated and non-medicated inventory and ensure compliance with state regulations. You will handle receiving, tracking, and verifying stock while supporting order verifications and daily reconciliations.

The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a team-first attitude as we operate in a fast-paced, evolving cannabis environment. Our team values safety, accuracy, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid government-issued photo ID required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient with Windows-based software and internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Follow Policies & Procedures for daily operations and comply with state marijuana regulations.
• Move finished goods from production during lab testing and after labeling.
• Repack and verify finished goods.
• Stock finished goods to forward pick locations (FIFO).
• Use and maintain inventory tracking systems and METRC for receiving, tracking and adjusting inventory.
• Assist in order verifications.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the vault.
• Work in Seed to Sale system.
• Perform daily reconciliation for all POS items.
• Assist and complete annual inventory as required by regulations.
