Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage cannabis and non-cannabis stock at HQ in Rockford, IL. You will perform daily cycle counts, receive shipments, and organize items in the vault and warehouse.

The role requires accuracy, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience with ERP systems and Excel. A valid state driver’s license and overtime flexibility are expected to support ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, rolling ladder, forklift).
• Driver’s license issued by the state of employment.
• Experience using inventory management software.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Cycle Counts: daily cannabis inventory counts and weekly non-cannabis counts.
• Receive Shipments: unload trucks and receive cannabis and non-cannabis material.
• Organize and label inventory in vault and warehouse.
• Assist in picking & packing of orders as needed.
• Execute movements and adjustments in ERP system.
