Job summary

Prairie Island CBH, Inc. is seeking an Inventory & Procurement Manager to oversee cannabis product procurement, inbound logistics, and tight inventory controls across the organization.

You will partner with cultivation partners, vendors, product development, and distribution teams to ensure compliance and cost-effective operations. Key duties include PO management, vendor performance assessments, regulatory documentation, and creating cost/margin analyses to guide purchasing and planning.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management (cannabis or regulated industry preferred).
• Vendor negotiation and relationship management experience.
• Strong regulatory compliance knowledge in cannabis operations.
• High school diploma / GED.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must complete Cannabis Commission licensing process in a timely and professional manner.
• Passport-quality photo.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test for all non-cannabis substances.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders for products and materials from internal cultivation partners and external vendors.
• Coordinate with product development teams on new SKUs and product introductions.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve shipment discrepancies while maintaining supplier relationships.
• Track inbound deliveries and ensure proper intake, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
