Job summary

Verano Holdings Corp. seeks a Harvest Specialist to provide on-site support for daily harvest operations in a cannabis cultivation facility. You will assist with harvest and post-harvest processing, and occasionally support other departments to meet production goals.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to SOPs, and accurate documentation in the track and trace system, with a focus on maintaining quality and compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Follow detailed instruction and perform repetitive tasks.
• Work well in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
• Willing to learn about and operate facility equipment safely.
• Comfortable with heights, soil and water, and tight spaces.
• Able to stand 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and comply with SOPs.
• Must be 21+ and able to register with the state cannabis commission.

Responsibilities

• Offload, harvest, clean, and reload flower rooms.
• Weigh, record, and label post-harvest materials.
• Ensure plants are hung in specific dry rooms.
• Transfer properly dried plant material to trim and production teams.
• Monitor and maintain quality control per laws and SOPs.
• Document activity using the track and trace system.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in facilities.
• Provide support to cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed.
