Job summary

Verano Holdings Corp. is seeking a Harvest Specialist to provide on-site support for daily harvest operations in a cannabis cultivation facility. You will assist with harvest, post-harvest processing, and cross-training for other departments as needed to meet production goals.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to SOPs, and documentation within the company’s track and trace system. On-site work in a warehouse environment with potential exposure to regulated processes.

Qualifications

• Follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn about operating and maintaining facility equipment safely.
• Comfortable with heights, soil, water, and tight spaces.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Offload, harvest, clean, and reload flower rooms.
• Weigh, record, and label post-harvest materials.
• Monitor and maintain quality control measures per laws.
• Document activity using track and trace system.
• Provide support to cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed.
