Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess valid state ID.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain state cannabis industry badge (background check required).

Responsibilities

• Perform plant maintenance activities such as defoliation, pruning, skirting and other tasks requiring manual manipulation with precision.
• Meet production goals and maintain high performance.
• Follow department work instructions and SOPs.
• Identify strains and growth needs and spot anomalies in plants.
• Work effectively in a team while completing individual tasks.

Education

Associate's degree or Certifications preferred
