Job summary

Sweet Flower in Pasadena is seeking a part-time Florist to create a welcoming, educational customer experience in our cannabis-focused stores. The Florist will prioritize customer service, share product knowledge, and support store cleanliness and safety while meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing POS purchases, maintaining inventory, promoting promotions, and adhering to all company policies and BCC regulations.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service through product knowledge to drive sales, KPI’s and customer retention.
• Assess customer needs, provide assistance and information on product features and offerings.
• Uphold inventory control to minimize loss by complying with all BCC and company inventory control procedures.
• Maintain store selling floor cleanliness, back room organization, visual presentation and safety standards.
• Assist in daily store recovery and replenishment and store sanitation.
• Promote current sales promotions, marketing initiatives and new product launches to customers.
• Complete sales transactions courteously and maintain proper accountability at registers.
• Handle customer issues and complaints in a proactive and professional manner.
• Actively pursue brand and product knowledge through company tools and resources.
