Job summary

MFUSED is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to join our Seattle finance team. The role focuses on optimizing financial processes, maintaining GAAP-compliant records, and supporting procurement and payables functions in a cannabis industry environment.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Procurement to translate financial results into actionable insights, assist with cash flow forecasting, and help improve internal controls and compliance across finance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in financial analysis, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related role.
• Experience with month-end and year-end closings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze AP pipeline by vendor from receipt to payment and ensure contract terms accuracy.
• Support AP close processes and maintain GAAP-compliant records.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations and Procurement for margin analysis and pricing insights.
• Assist in cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis under banking constraints.
• Identify discrepancies, streamline processes, and improve internal controls.
