Job summary

MFUSED is seeking a talented Financial Operations Analyst to join our growing finance team. You will optimize financial processes, oversee key financial operations in coordination with Supply Chain, Inventory and Operations, and maintain GAAP compliance including procurement and payables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year in financial analysis, AP, or related accounting role.
• Experience with month-end and year-end closings is desirable.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel is essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze invoices and AP pipeline by vendor to ensure billing accuracy.
• Maintain GAAP-compliant controls and assist with audits.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Procurement to analyze margins.
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.
• Assist with revenue accounting and other financial operations as needed.
