Job summary

Acreage CCF New Jersey seeks a Facility Director to lead on-site operations at Egg Harbor Township, overseeing cultivation, harvest, production, processing, packaging and finished-goods activities.

You will manage department leaders, ensure compliance with state regulations and SOPs, optimize resources, and drive KPIs while aligning with company objectives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in cannabis or regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in cannabis or a regulated industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations, plant science, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of seed-to-sale tracking and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cultivation, processing, and packaging operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and SOP adherence.
• Lead department managers and drive KPI reporting.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
