Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations, plant science, or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in cannabis production, manufacturing, or a regulated industry; senior supervisory or managerial role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of seed-to-sale tracking and state regulatory compliance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, coach, and develop all department managers and teams to build a high-performance culture.
• Oversee end-to-end cultivation, harvest, processing, packaging, and finished-goods production for quality and efficiency.
• Lead audits of records, inventory, and seed-to-sale data to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, lower costs, and improve throughput.
