Job summary

Mint Cannabis is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee our Illinois production facility at 7550 Industrial Dr, Forest Park. You will lead cross-functional teams across cultivation, manufacturing, and facility operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient workflows that meet yield and quality goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of GMP, OSHA, and cannabis regulations, plus experience in managing budgets, maintenance, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a facilities manager in manufacturing or cannabis environments.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management.
• Experience with GMP, OSHA, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor production teams to achieve operational goals.
• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.
• Manage facility systems, maintenance, and environmental controls.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and services.
• Establish production KPIs and drive yield improvement.
