Responsibilities

In this role, oversee daily facility operations and contractor activities.
Maintain all equipment and facility systems, including CHP and processing plant.
Develop preventive maintenance plans and track repairs and records.
Evaluate new equipment and oversee capital projects within budget.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and PA Department of Health rules.
Provide regular reporting on facilities, maintenance, and grounds.
