Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking an Extraction Technician in Chambersburg, PA to operate hydrocarbon and CO2 extraction equipment in a GMP/SOP-governed lab, ensuring safety and quality. You will document batch records and support production in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Starting pay rate is $20.00/hr with opportunities for further growth, benefits, and compliance training. This role requires adherence to safety protocols and accurate record-keeping in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious extraction professional.
• Experience with biomass prep and GMP/SOP compliance.
• Ability to document batch records accurately.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate solventless terpene extraction, short path distillation, and rotary evaporator equipment.
• Follow SOPs/GMPs to ensure compliance.
• Troubleshoot and optimize extraction and refinement equipment.
• Document batch records and track materials with CTS systems.
• Maintain clean, compliant lab and properly sterilize equipment.
• Adhere to safety with C1D1 equipment and hazardous materials.
• Cross-train in CIS extraction processes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to improvements.
• Support lab packaging and additional production tasks as needed.
