Job summary

BeLeaf Medical LLC, Missouri’s leading vertically integrated cannabis company, seeks a Manufacturing Technician II for Sinse Cannabis operations in St. Louis. You will operate and maintain extraction, distillation, and formulation equipment, handling biomass and biowaste in compliance with state regs.

You’ll train across processes, document production data per SOPs and cGMP, and work with a team to meet targets while following safety protocols. Competitive pay and benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in a mechanical or chemistry-related field preferred.
• Previous cannabis/manufacturing experience a plus.
• Knowledge of chemical processes and equipment operation, with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and good hand-eye coordination.
• Awareness of FDA, NFPA, OSHA requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; team-oriented.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a State Agent ID.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor cannabis manufacturing equipment and processes, including Hydrocarbon Extraction, Ethanol Extraction, Distillation, and Centrifuges.
• Start up and shut down processing equipment; perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning.
• Perform lab bench work and product filtrations.
• Train and qualify on the manufacturing processes of your area.
• Process and formulate products following standardized formulas.
• Prepare chemical solutions following standardized formulas.
• Accurately weigh, measure, count, and label materials and products.
• Perform Batch Record calculations.
• Record and maintain production data per SOPs and cGMP.
• Prepare and dispose of biomass and biowaste per regulations and SOPs.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines; handle chemicals safely.
• Collaborate across departments to hit production targets and resolve issues.
• Assist in process improvements and investigations; use problem-solving to make decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
