Acreage CCF NJ, part of Canopy USA, LLC, is seeking a hands-on leader for hydrocarbon extraction operations on the production floor. You will supervise daily processes, mentor technicians, and ensure all activities meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities include planning workflows with the Senior Production Manager, refining SOPs for extraction, distillation, and post-processing, and driving efficiency and product integrity across shifts.
Step into the heart of our extraction lab Picture your day: you arrive on the production floor at Acreage CCF NJ, a subsidiary of Canopy USA, LLC. Safety huddle first, then a quick walk-through of the hydrocarbon extraction suite. You review overnight runs, assess yields, and tune today’s plan with the team—balancing throughput, quality, and compliance. By midday you’re refining SOPs for winterization and distillation; by afternoon you’re collaborating with the Senior Production Manager to align output with demand, and mentoring technicians on new post-processing techniques. Every decision you make advances consistency, efficiency, and product integrity.
