Job summary

Savvyherb is seeking an Extraction Specialist to support on-site cannabis extraction and concentrate manufacturing at our Florida facility. You will prepare equipment, operate extraction systems, run quality control tests, and help maintain inventory while following safety protocols.

Preferred candidates hold a science degree and prior experience in regulated production or lab settings, with knowledge of extractions and isolations.

Qualifications

• Follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrate strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate in a safety-conscious manner.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment, biomass, and raw materials for extraction.
• Execute extractions and post-extraction processes.
• Operate extraction equipment (e.g., rotary evaporators, reactors, filtration).
• Maintain quality control testing and report results.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Follow MSDS and laboratory safety protocols.
