Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking an Extraction Supervisor in Hammonton, NJ. You will lead the Extraction and Purification staff, ensure cGMP compliance, and report daily production metrics to the Lab Manager. The role requires hands-on operation of extraction equipment and adherence to safety and training standards.

Qualified candidates have a chemistry/biochemistry background with 2–3 years in a lab or manufacturing setting, including HPLC/GC QA/QC experience. Cannabis industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry required.
• 2–3 years’ lab/manufacturing experience required.
• QA/QC experience with HPLC and GC preferred.
• Scientific writing for processes and procedures.
• Must be 21 years of age and willing to work in cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Extraction and Purification staff and manage department results.
• Report production metrics to Lab Manager with variance explanations.
• Coordinate scheduling between shifts and ensure training is up to date.
• Operate and maintain extraction and purification equipment per cGMP.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and safety procedures.
