Nectar Markets is seeking a friendly Budtender in Costa Mesa to greet customers, answer questions, and guide product selection with care. You will maintain a clean store, manage the POS system, and ensure accurate cash handling while delivering exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Must undergo a background check.
• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to work.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Desire to learn about cannabis products and therapies.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and cash management is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-player mentality.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and stand for full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Sales and customer experience by keeping the store tidy, safe, and inviting.
• Ensure the sales floor is well stocked and the store presence is maintained.
• Promote a positive, customer-service oriented environment and follow policies.
• Maintain product knowledge.
• Greet customers warmly on entry.
• Accurately use the POS system and place phone orders.
• Handle cash correctly and apply discounts accurately.
• Enter patient profiles accurately and timely.
• Verify paperwork and IDs for customers.
• Assist with other duties as needed by management.
