Job summary

Cedar Greens in Sequim, WA is seeking a friendly, knowledgeable Sales Consultant to join our cannabis retail team. This part-time role averages 6–8 hours per week and includes night and weekend shifts.

You will help guests find products, provide education on effects and safety, and process transactions at the POS while maintaining a welcoming, compliant store environment. Two years of retail experience is preferred, and you must pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality environments; cannabis experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication; reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide Medical Marijuana consulting and process authorizations.
• Verify identification requirements for all guests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and educate guests on product effects and safety.
• Process cash and electronic transactions using a POS system.
• Restock inventory and maintain a clean, compliant store environment.
• Follow all company policies including safety standards and confidentiality.
