Proper Brands is building a community of passionate people to grow the medical cannabis market in Missouri. This entry-level Culinary Associates role offers full-time employment with benefits and a starting pay of $18/hr.

You will produce cannabis-infused edibles, follow a defined production list, maintain records, support a clean, safe production facility, and work as part of a team to meet production schedules. You must be 21+ and able to obtain a Missouri Agent ID.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain Missouri Agent ID.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in high-volume food production or cannabis edibles.

Responsibilities

• Produce cannabis-infused edibles following state laws.
• Follow a defined production list and maintain records.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of culinary spaces.
• Work with a team to meet production schedules.
