Job summary

Nature's Herbs & Wellness is hiring a full-time Production & Packaging Associate for our cannabis edibles production facility in Milliken, CO. This entry-level role offers room to learn and take on more responsibility. No cannabis experience is required, and we provide training to develop practical manufacturing skills.

Applicants must be 21+ and hold an active Colorado MED Employee License before regulated work. Schedule: Tue–Sat 8:30am–5:00pm, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Dependable, detail-oriented and able to follow procedures without cutting corners.
• Comfortable learning new processes and working in a production team.
• Basic math for weighing, measuring and packaging; able to lift 35+ pounds.
• Experience in food manufacturing or packaging is a plus; training provided.
• Must be 21+ and hold an active Colorado MED Employee License.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and production of cannabis-infused edibles.
• Weigh, count, package and label finished products.
• Prepare ingredients, materials and workstations for production.
• Follow SOPs and written production instructions.
• Complete production and inventory records accurately.
• Perform basic quality checks on products and packaging.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and areas.
• Maintain an organized production environment and comply with regulations.
• Learn additional production processes as experience grows.
