• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a related position.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.

• Willing to learn about, operate, and maintain facility equipment safely.
• Ability to follow recipe specifications.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to sit and stand for 8 hours per day, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Precisely weigh ingredients using recipe specifications.
• Safely operate commercial kitchen equipment to mix, melt, pour, and bake raw ingredients.
• Receive food items and ensure appropriate storage.
• Use FIFO methods to store and rotate items.
• Collect samples as needed for quality testing.
• Weigh, assemble, package, seal, and label products.
• Operate hot plates, kettles and other kitchen equipment as needed for production.
• Document and update product labeling in seed-to-sale system.
• Provide support to cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed.
