Job summary

Verano Holdings Corp. is seeking a Production Specialist to support on-site production of cannabis-infused edibles and to assemble and package final products for distribution. The role may involve assisting other departments to ensure facility production goals are met.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of related experience, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and strong teamwork and safety awareness. This is an on-site production position with strict SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a related position.
• Able to follow detailed instruction and capable of performing repetitive tasks.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to register with the state cannabis commission as an agent.
• Able to follow recipe specifications and maintain accurate records.
• Must have effective time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Precisely and efficiently weigh ingredients using recipe specifications.
• Weigh, assemble, package, seal, and label products.
• Operate hot plates, kettles and other industrial kitchen equipment.
• Maintain FIFO storage and rotate items properly.
• Monitor quality control measures and adhere to SOPs.
• Document and update product information in seed-to-sale system.

Education

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
