Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID card by start date.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong process orientation and attention to detail.
• Experience in high-volume food operations or cannabis edibles production is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce cannabis-infused edibles following state laws and guidelines.
• Check products to monitor quality and consistency.
• Update and maintain culinary production records.
• Work as part of a team to meet production schedules.
• Maintain sanitation and safety of culinary workspaces.
• Comply with all food safety policies and procedures.
• Complete sanitation of all culinary equipment and tools.
