Green Thumb Industries in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a friendly Personal Care Specialist for our cannabis retail store. You will engage with patients and customers, educate them on products and methods of consumption, and ensure a compliant, safe shopping experience.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, verifying orders, and supporting store operations while upholding cannabis regulations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for retail facing roles.
• Be able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Must have reliable, responsible attendance.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID.
• Comply with all legal or company cannabis regulations.

Responsabilités

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Educate on products, consumption methods, and safety as part of patient interaction.
• Recommend a safe and effective regimen using product knowledge; stay updated.
• Promote a positive, patient/customer oriented work environment.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support management to ensure store operations run smoothly and compliantly.
• Ensure cannabis regulations are properly enforced and upheld.
• Keep sales floor stocked and storefront presentable and compliant.
• Maintain hard copy files as required.
• Follow security and safety procedures.
