Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage patients and customers from entry to checkout in a dispensary setting. You will help select products, explain consumption methods, and ensure safety while staying current on product knowledge.

In this on-site role, you will support store operations, uphold regulatory requirements, maintain a clean, stocked floor, and provide excellent service to every guest.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must have reliable attendance.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID.
• Must comply with all cannabis industry regulations.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment.
• Educate patients/customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety during interaction.
• Recommend safe, effective regimens using product knowledge and stay up to date on offerings.
• Promote a positive, communicative, patient- and customer-oriented work environment.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support management to ensure store operations run smoothly and in compliance.
• Enforce local and state cannabis regulations.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and storefront well presented.
• Maintain hard copy files as required.
• Follow security measures and safety procedures.
• Complete duties at assigned workstations (Front of House, Back of House, Maintenance) as directed.
