Job summary

Ayr Wellness, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Florida to oversee daily retail dispensary operations, including sales, inventory, staffing, customer service, and compliance. You will lead a team, drive revenue, and ensure safety and security across the store.

Candidates should have 4+ years of retail management experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a track record of meeting sales and customer service goals. Cannabis experience is a plus for this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail store management experience.
• Successful track record in achieving Sales, ADS, Customer Service, employee retention goals.
• Cannabis industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the retail dispensary, including sales, inventory, staffing and customer service.
• Monitor sales trends, customer feedback and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Hire, coach, develop, and lead a team of budtenders, inventory associates, assistant managers.
• Partner with Retail VP/Market GM to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue.
• Ensure compliance with local/state cannabis regulations, licensing, age restrictions and labeling.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay informed about products, industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate information.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Administer routine audits to maintain accurate cannabis product inventory.
• Manage daily financial reporting and staffing schedules.
