Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a part-time Dispensary Associate to support its retail team. You will educate customers about cannabis products, guide purchases per state regulations, and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high-school diploma, strong cash handling skills, and the ability to speak clearly with customers. The role requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays on-site.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old (18 in CT/PA/WV).
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Guide customers on their cannabis journey with knowledge of products and effects.
• Facilitate customer purchases per State regulations with a focus on service.
• Assist with returns and maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation.
• Prepare and process patient orders promptly and accurately.
• Follow company policies and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Document customer issues and maintain accurate profiles.
• Support delivery and online order processes when required.
