Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking a retail associate for our dispensary team in Minnesota. You will assist patients and caregivers, manage the dispensary workflow, and ensure accurate medication preparation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma and 1-3 years’ experience in a retail environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office required.
• Experience working in a fast-paced retail setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
• Flexible availability including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and safeguards entrusted confidential information; ensures patient medication safety.
• Assists customers with all aspects of preparing, setting up, and finalizing dispensation process for medication as regulated by medical cannabis regulations.
• Completes CPC operational requirements with organized workflow, verifying preparation and labeling of medications.
• Uses seed-to-sale software for inputting patient/provider data and processing orders.
• Maintains cash drawer and performs opening/closing procedures.
