Qualifications

• Two years of direct customer service experience required.
• Retail experience a strong plus.
• Experience with Point-of-Sales systems.
• Understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Guides and educates customers about cannabis products to meet individual needs.
• Assists patients to ensure correct medication for illness and condition.
• Provides excellent customer care and supports company values and culture.
• Responds to inquiries by calls or emails regarding products, training, and information.
• Manages patient records using state and company databases.
• Maintains and updates databases as needed.
• Fulfills customer orders and promotes all products.
• Maintains integrity and trust for specific products.
