Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; retail experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must be compliant with all legal cannabis regulations.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction
• Recommend a safe and effective regimen tailored to each patient/customer’s needs
• Promote a positive, patient/customer-oriented store environment
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
• Maintain compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and store operations
