Responsibilities

• Train staff and conduct performance reviews to uphold culture and expectations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee end-of-month reconciliations.
• Build vendor relationships and manage procurement to support growth.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and store procedures.
