Job summary

Mint Cannabis is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations of a high-volume cannabis retail dispensary in Missouri. You will oversee store functions, team leadership, sales performance, compliance, inventory control, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience in a high-volume environment
• Experience in cannabis industry strongly preferred
• Proven leadership and customer service excellence
• Strong knowledge of compliance, inventory, and cash handling procedures
• Excellent communication, organization and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach a team of 20–30 employees, including managers and frontline staff
• Oversee daily dispensary operations, including opening/closing, shift coverage, and cash handling
• Ensure full compliance with state/local cannabis regulations and SOPs
• Manage inventory, procurement, and product rotation to maintain accuracy
• Monitor financials, including cash reconciliation and banking deposits
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on promotions and regional initiatives
• Direct supervision and development of store staff and performance management
