Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience in a high-volume, regulated environment.
• 1+ year of cannabis industry experience strongly preferred.
• Must pass a background check and fingerprint clearance.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Proficiency with POS systems and retail management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach a team of 25-50 employees including assistant managers and front-line staff.
• Oversee day-to-day dispensary operations, including opening/closing, shift coverage, cash handling, and compliance.
• Ensure full compliance with state and local cannabis regulations and SOPs.
• Manage inventory and financials, including cash reconciliation and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing for promotions and in-store campaigns; drive growth initiatives.
• Direct supervisory responsibilities including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
