Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a part-time Dispensary Associate in Florida to guide patients through their cannabis journey with product knowledge and excellent service.

You will educate customers, process orders, and maintain a compliant, clean store environment while following all policies. The position supports in-store, delivery, and online order tasks as needed and offers a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (18+ in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent people skills and be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
• Able to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Provide empathy and compassion to patients.
• Educate patients on cannabis products and effects while ensuring compliance.
• Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
• Assist with returns and issue resolution with leadership on duty.
• Support online orders processing and delivery tasks as needed.
