Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a Dispensary Associate for a part-time, temporary position in Arizona. You will educate customers about products, provide excellent service, and guide purchases while complying with state regulations. Strong cash handling and customer-service experience are preferred.

The role requires 21+ years old, retail experience desirable, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Great communication and teamwork are essential to deliver the TruExperience to patients.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (18 in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels.
• Excellent people skills and clear communication in verbal and written form.
• Ability to work without supervision and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Show empathy and compassion to patients.
• Deliver elevated patient service standards and product knowledge.
• Assist managers with returns per policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders promptly.
• Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with product or device issues.
• Work with leadership to resolve customer issues.
• Document customer issues on the customer's profile.
• Maintain a clean, stocked workstation throughout the shift.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Possess a clear driving record to fulfill delivery driver role.
• Adhere to all Policies and Procedures as delivery associate.
• Assist with processing online orders, including deliveries, in a 2-hour timeframe.
