Trulieve in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Dispensary Associate - Part Time (Temporary) to educate customers about cannabis products and guide purchases in full compliance with state regulations. This role is up to 25 hours per week, evenings and weekends, with pay of $15.15 per hour and tips eligible.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and with various personalities.
• Excellent people skills and effective communication in verbal and written form.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Provide empathy and compassion to patients.
• Provide elevated patient service standards and product knowledge.
• Assist managers with returns according to company policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow Trulieve policies and procedures.
• Work with leadership to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with product issues and device problems.
• Document customer issues on the customer profile.
• Maintain a clean and stocked workstation throughout the shift.
