Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Dispensary Associate for a part-time, temporary position in Peoria, AZ. You will educate customers on cannabis products, guide purchases in line with state regulations, and provide exceptional service.

This role runs up to 25 hours per week and is limited to 6 months maximum duration. Ideal candidates hold a high-school diploma or equivalent and have prior retail or customer service experience, strong communication, cash handling skills, and the ability to work well

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or 18 in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Assist customers with product questions and processing purchases.
• Follow company policies and procedures and maintain a clean workstation.
• Work with leadership to resolve customer issues and ensure a great experience.
• Assist with online orders and delivery where applicable.
