Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a full-time Dispensary Associate for our retail department. You will educate customers on cannabis products and deliver excellent service while ensuring compliance with state regulations. The role requires a high school diploma, 21+ (18+ in CT/PA/WV), and cash handling experience.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old (18 in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior cash handling experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on cannabis products and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers with product knowledge and returns.
• Process patient orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation during shifts.
• Support online orders and delivery when needed while complying with state regulations.
