Job summary

Trulieve Dispensary in the Wilkes-Barre area seeks a part-time Dispensary Associate to guide customers on cannabis products, educate on benefits and effects, and ensure compliant, high-quality service during purchases under state regulations.

You will work in a fast-growing retail environment under the General Manager, collaborating with team members and maintaining accurate records, with paid time off offered and a focus on patient relief.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 21 or 18 in CT, PA and WV.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Cash handling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Provide empathy and compassion to patients.
• Enhance patient service standards and product knowledge.
• Assist Managers with returns according to policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders timely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation during shifts.
• Document customer issues on the customer's profile.
