Job summary

GrowHealthy is seeking a Dispensary Associate in Florida to educate patients and adult-use customers on cannabis strains, effects, and methods of use. You will deliver warm, informed customer service, record sales in the POS, and work with dispensary managers to keep the environment clean and compliant.

The role emphasizes patient-first interactions, confidentiality, and accuracy in processing orders within the medical marijuana registry.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Recent hospitality and/or retail experience required.
2+ years of customer service experience.
Ganjier Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide education on cannabis strains, effects and methods of use to patients and customers.
Deliver warm, informed service and record transactions in the POS system.
Collaborate with dispensary managers to maintain a clean, organized dispensary environment.
Create an environment of Patients First with excellent patient interaction.
Execute patient orders accurately based on physician recommendations and deduct from OMMUR where applicable.
